President and Owner

Mark is the own­er and pres­i­dent of Mono Arts and Print­ing. A well respect­ed and proven leader hav­ing had the diver­si­ty of own­ing and oper­at­ing a mid-sized busi­ness as well as hav­ing run the Cana­di­an oper­a­tions for a bil­lion dol­lar glob­al com­pa­ny. Over 15 years of sales and mar­ket­ing senior man­age­ment expe­ri­ence in the IT sec­tor. 10 years expe­ri­ence in the Hos­pi­tal­i­ty are­na work­ing close­ly with Venues (ban­quet halls, hotels, golf cours­es, restau­rants) as well as Event Plan­ners, Cater­ers, DMCs, Florists, etc. Expe­ri­enced in all facets of busi­ness oper­a­tions with the abil­i­ty to dri­ve top line rev­enue and bot­tom line results.

Fun Fact: Has a col­lec­tion of crou­tons in the office kitchen “just in case”.



Scott spent 23 years work­ing in a tech­ni­cal sales and ser­vice role in the auto­mo­tive coat­ing indus­try. He is now uti­liz­ing some of those cus­tomer ser­vice traits as a part­ner in Mono Arts & Graph­ics Print­ing. Focused on cus­tomer fac­ing strate­gies, Scott is respon­si­ble for ensur­ing that the customer’s every need is met, from the quot­ing and plac­ing of orders to the final solu­tion, print­ed and deliv­ered to the client’s exact spec­i­fi­ca­tions. On time and on budget!

Fun Fact: Is still look­ing for the office Christ­mas decorations.


Customer Service and Office Manger

Pat has been employed at Mono Arts and Graph­ics Print­ing for 26 years. She is the prime point of con­tact for most of the cus­tomer inter­face. Clients trust Pats wealth of print knowl­edge, which makes her a valu­able asset to the cus­tomers. Addi­tion­al­ly Pat runs our dig­i­tal prints and over­seas all facets of the oper­a­tion. Pat is long time res­i­dent of Orangeville and well know with­in the community.

Fun Fact: Likes her bananas slight­ly chilled, but can nev­er remem­ber she put it in the fridge.


Graphic Designer

Steve has been employed at Mono Arts and Graph­ics Print­ing for 20 years. As head of the design team, Steve preps the files for pro­duc­tion, cre­ates designs for clients, ensure files are print-ready and is an expert in InDe­sign, Pho­to­shop, Illus­tra­tor, amongst others.

Fun Fact: Steve want­ed to be named Jeff as a child, but his name is still Steve. You can call him Jeff.


Graphic Designer

Sara is the newest mem­ber to the design team. She is a recent grad­u­ate from OCAD Uni­ver­si­ty and is now work­ing at Mono Arts and Print­ing. She is respon­si­ble for all of the social media mar­ket­ing as well as prepar­ing files for print and cre­at­ing designs for clients.

Fun Fact: Breeds fruit flies and names them after foods.


Press Operator

Craig has been employed at Mono Arts and Graph­ics Print­ing for 6 years. He is in charge of all of the print­ing pro­duc­tion here at Mono Arts. Craig is respon­si­ble for all the off­set print­ing jobs as well as num­ber­ing, scor­ing, per­fo­rat­ing, die cut­ting, bind­ing and much more.

Fun Fact: Once bought enough cheese whiz to fill his entire kitchen.



Bent­ley has been a employ­ee of Mono Arts for about 6 months. He’s respon­si­ble for the secu­ri­ty of the office as well as greet­ing clients in a loud bark­ing fash­ion. He is great at clean­ing the office and stor­ing files safe­ly away. You can find him star­ing at oth­ers eat­ing their food or munch­ing on treats. He is a great asset to the team and friend­ly to most.

Fun Fact: Answers almost all of the emails and phone calls.
